My Story

Let me start by being real. I wouldn't be the career coach I am today without my fair share of professional trial and error, periods of job seeking wilderness, success where I didn't always expect to find it - and the invaluable perspective gained each step of the way.

 After ten years of (wildly) diverse experience across consulting, startup, in-house, and agency environments, I pivoted into the competitive world of staffing agency recruitment. It was here that I  discovered a passion for helping great people land great gigs, and helping clients scale their companies. But I wanted to do more: to help great people achieve great careers - for the long-term. And so I went on to lead talent acquisition for a global tech consultancy.

 

On paper: I've met aggressive hiring demands across numerous industries, fulfilling high-growth organizational goals by strategically attracting and winning top talent. I've also learned to listen well, empathize with the job seeker journey, and practically guide candidates on how to clarify, articulate, and sell their unique value proposition.

Today, I get to use these skills and insights in the most rewarding way yet, as I support my clients in launching the next great chapter of their careers.
